Ideal candidate will have estate planning, probate, and/or MassHealth application experience.
Candidates must have:
ability to prioritize tasks independently among multi-faceted job responsibilities, strong written and oral communications skills; file organization skills (both electronic and hard copy); PC computer and word processing/typing skills; initiative/strong work ethic; ability to work independently; ability to coordinate schedules and meet deadlines; and be personable.
Tasks include:
preparing documents, correspondence and forms; creating client files; tracking matters and deadlines; paper and electronic record keeping; all other administrative responsibilities of the office.
Professionalism a must.
Will train the right person with strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, initiative, and capacity to learn.
References required.
Computer Software Knowledge:
Word; QuickBooks; Excel; Outlook; HotDocs; and Adobe Resume and cover letter required.
40 hours weekly but would consider part-time for right person.
Pay commensurate with experience.
