This is a 32 hour, M-F position with full benefits.
Duties will include but not limited to reception, payroll, A/R & A/P processing and providing clerical and human resources support to facility Administrator.
Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures, proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal & written communication and time management skills are required.
Must be detail oriented, highly organized, able to prioritize with a commitment to customer service.
Prior experience with elderly population in a healthcare setting with knowledge of dementia is a plus.
To be considered for this position, select candidate must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and will be required to wear a mask at all times per MA Department of Public Health.
