Year-Round Flooring Warehouse Associate

RPM Carpets & Floor Coverings has an employee-ownership opportunity for the right candidate! The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to support our Warehouse Manager and General Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
loading and unloading of flooring materials, organization of materials within the warehouse, receiving materials into our POS software, inventory logistics, room/material measure, delivery & layout to customer's homes, and rug binding (training provided).
We are looking for someone who is interested in long-term, permanent employment as a stock owner in our company.
Candidates are required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, have excellent communication skills, be available to work Saturdays, and be a team player.
The ideal candidate will also have exceptional organizational skills, have an interest in exploring further opportunities as an employee-owner (e.
g.
, lead generating), have a curiosity that promotes learning, be competent utilizing a computer database system, and be able to work quickly with efficiency.
