Leading by example to support the department and providing direct service to guests as needed Creating, implementing, and executing departmental training, recruiting and pre-shifts Act as an ambassador for VIP guests, coordinating and overseeing their requests across all departments Overseeing the arrival and departure experience ensuring guest expectations are always exceeded Supporting the resort's safety procedures and being always prepared for emergency situations Ensuring all human resource and Forbes Five-Star standards are met daily Candidates must have at least three years of hotel management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Experience with Infor HMS, HotSos, Zingle, UKG and Alice are a plus.
The role requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills are also required.
