The person will answer and direct all incoming telephone calls and must provide warm and gracious customer service.
The successful candidate will have excellent telephone etiquette and strong organizational & technical skills.
The responsibilities of the phone operator include:
Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls efficiently while offering warm and friendly service.
Ensuring that verbiage is consistent with hotel and Forbes Five-star standards Accommodating guest requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction Maintaining an accurate log of special guest requests Monitoring and responding appropriately to guest texts via Zingle Commanding a knowledge of the features, amenities, and hours of operation of all resort outlets Ensuring that all reservation calls are handled graciously and efficiently Previous customer service experience is required; experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
