Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated live in Building Manager to join our team at Stone Horse Motel.
As a live in Building Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and common areas.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests abide by house rules and polices for the quite enjoyment of the facility.
- Collaborate with staff and contractors to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic maintenance skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer knowledge for basic letters writing and emails - Familiarity with the local area and attractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- On call 24/7.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience is a plus in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
- General knowledge of general maintenance of a building.
