5K a year The Guest Services Manager's additional responsibilities include:
Assisting with guest check in and check-out process and ensuring that all guests needs are met Assisting and supporting the concierge team to provide exemplary service to our guests Ensuring bell service is prompt and thorough Communicating effectively with all departments Ensuring that all guest reception agents are completing their processes accurately and efficiently Executing emergency procedures as required Providing a warm welcome and departure to all guests The candidate must enjoy social interaction and the desire to go above and beyond to provide memorable service to all guests.
The person should also have strong computer and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
Previous experience at a luxury hotel is preferred.
