Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the store during night shifts - Manage and supervise a team of employees - Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Implement store policies and procedures - Train and develop staff members - Create and execute sales strategies to meet targets - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth - Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing - Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
Qualifications:
