The right candidates should have the following:
A minimum of 5 years landscaping work experience in landscape construction, preferably as a crew leader Strong plant knowledge and familiarity with equipment operations Dependable and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record Strong communication skills Prefer hydraulics license/bobcat experience but not required Position is full time year round position with benefits that include paid time off, medical/dental/disability insurance and Simple IRA retirement.
Pay range for experienced individuals to be $30 to $35/hour.
